Background
I’m an integrative psychotherapist registered with the BACP, working in a person-centred, creative, and trauma-informed way. My approach is grounded in warmth, calm, and compassion, with the professional rigour and discretion to support complex or high-profile clients. With over 3,000 counselling hours and over 10 years’ experience across schools, youth work, social care, counselling organisations including The Lowdown, Mable Therapy, 42nd Street and in private practice. I’ve supported clients from all walks of life, from children and students to creatives, professionals, and public figures seeking balance and emotional clarity.
Values
Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human. A place where you don’t have to pretend or filter what you say. I’ll meet you where you are, listen without judgement, and move at your pace, helping you make sense of your experiences and build emotional resilience.
